We are excited to welcome you to our third annual West Virginia Wild and Wonderful Celtic Festival and Highland Games. The festival and games will be held on June 21st, 2025, at 4H Camp Pioneer in beautiful and historic Beverly, West Virginia!

Clan registration is free. Clans and Societies that register by May 15th, 2025, will be provided a 10' x 10' frontage space in which to erect their tent. In addition to your 10' X 10' frontage space, you may utilize the 10' x 10' foot space directly behind your frontage space (for storage, hospitality, etc.) at no additional cost. Extra 10' x 10' frontage spaces, if available, may be purchased for a fee of $35 if requested prior to the May 15th deadline. We will allow for late registration only if spaces are available.

Tents, tables, and chairs will be available for rent. 10' x 10' tents are $25 each. One folding table and two chairs are $10. Payment for tents, tables, chairs, must accompany your registration form to ensure that we have the supplies needed.

As part of your registration, we will provide you up to four (4) free festival admission tickets for you and those working with you in your tent. Extra tickets are available for $5.00 each. Payments for extra tickets must accompany your registration form.

Overnight camping is available for Friday and Saturday night through the festival organization. RV sites with hookup are $40 per night. Tent sites with electricity are $10.00 a night. Tent camping with no utilities are $5 per night. Camping in cars is permitted in assigned parking areas at no cost. RV sites will be on a first come, first serve basis. Fees for camping must accompany your registration form.

Clans and Societies will be allowed to setup on Friday June 20th from 8 AM until 10 PM or Saturday the 21st after 5 AM. We will have food and drink vendors and live music for your enjoyment on Friday evening June 20th. Our event opens to the public at 8 AM Saturday the 21st. The festival will begin at 9:00 AM. You should be ready for visitors by 9 AM. The event closes at 7 PM. Our beer garden and music stage will remain open until later in the evening. Clans and Societies will be allowed until 2 PM on Sunday June 22nd for tear down.

Clans and Societies may advertise upcoming Clan/Society events, collect names for mailing lists, distribute membership information, etc. Any request for fundraising must be approved prior to the start of the festival.

Participation by any Clan or Society requires that you provide a signed liability waiver. A copy of the liability waiver is attached.

To register your organization, please complete and sign the forms and return by May 15th, 2025 with any payment required.
